PURSHE projector is a multimedia projector, and it has no built-in Netflix. This guide will introduce some solutions to Netflix’s failure.

Many projector users want to watch Netflix by mirroring their smartphones. However, Netflix doesn’t support screen mirroring from smartphones anymore due to HDCP. Similarly, Prime Video also doesn’t support mirroring from smartphones.

How to watch Netflix on the PURSHE projector?

Though the projector has no built-in Netflix, you can connect the projector to a TV stick, Roku, TV box, or other similar streaming devices.

These streaming devices can be connected to the projector by just plugging into the HDMI port. Then, you can use the remote of this streaming device to navigate the device.

Besides, you can connect the projector to a laptop to watch Netflix.

Check the connection. You can try to unplug and replug the TV stick.

Update the Netflix app versions.

If your projector fails to produce sound when streaming content from Netflix, you need to turn off the Dolby Sound as the projector doesn’t support Dolby Sound.

Try to restart the projector as there may be something wrong with the software.

If Netflix and the projector both freeze and you can’t go anywhere, it usually means information stored on the projector needs to be refreshed.
