If Hisense PX1 4K Laser Projector shows no picture, or black and,white picture, please follow the steps below to fix it.
- Unplug the TV power cord from AC outlet and re-plug after 60 seconds.
- Check that the Color Saturation is set to 50 or higher.
- Try different TV channels.
If the Hisense PX1 4K Laser Projector picture appears red, purple, pink and other colors, please follow the steps below to fix it.
- Home menu > Settings > Picture > Calibration Settings > White Balance.
- You can try to increase or decrease the White Balance.
