Cannon WUX5800 Projector Can't Join Network Troubleshooting

Cause 1: The LAN cable (shielded twisted pair) is not connected correctly.

Check whether the LAN cable (shielded twisted pair) is connected to the projector correctly.

Cause 2: The projector has not been on long enough (less than about 40 seconds).

Network functions are not available until about 40 seconds after the projector is plugged in. Wait at least 40 seconds, and then try to connect again.

Cause 3: The projector cannot join a wireless network.

Follow the instructions in “Network Setting”=> “Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)” =>“Detailed settings (wireless)” to set up the projector again. In PJ AP mode, try changing the wireless channel on the projector. In infrastructure mode, try changing the wireless channel on the access point.
