What Does Noise Reduction Mean on Sony VPL-XW6000 Projector?

When we adjust the noise reduction of image on Sony VPL-XW6000 Projector, the image roughness and noise are reduced.

Steps to adjust noise reduction of image

1. Press the MENU button.
2. Select  [Picture] – [Expert Setting] – [NR] – the desired setting.

[Auto]: The noise level of the input source is detected, and the image roughness and noise are automatically reduced.

[High], [Middle], [Low]: Select the setting according to the roughness or noise of the input source.

[Off]: NR (noise reduction) is turned off.
