How to Update Software of VPL-XW7000 Projector?

This is a tip for you to update software of VPL-XW7000 Projector, hope it’s helpful.

To update the projector’s software, download an update file to your computer, copy the file to a USB drive, then insert the USB drive to the USB terminal on the projector.
You are required to have your own USB drive, a computer with internet connection, and an environment to write the update file to the USB drive.
The update file can be downloaded from the Sony website.
