By using the media streaming function provided by LG CineBeam HU915QE projector, you can browse and watch the content stored on the PC using the Projector (Windows 10).
How to use media steaming
1. Connect you projector and PC to the same network.
2. Open the “Start” menu on your PC screen, search for “media streaming options” and then select the result that appears.
3. Select the “Turn on media streaming” button in the window that opens.
4. Allow all of the “media streaming options”.
5. Select “OK” to save the settings.
6. Select the connected PC in the [Home Dashboard] app on the Projector, and then select and play the file you want.
Tips for using media streaming
- Check your network settings if the Content Share option does not work properly.
- May not work properly on a wireless network. It is recommended that you connect to a wired network.
- To watch the 1080p video through Content Share function, a router that uses 5 GHz frequency is required. If a 2.4 GHz router is used, the video may not play properly
