If the remote control of your Jinhoo projector doesn’t work, you can check and try the following solutions for troubleshooting.
- Check whether the IR receiver is blocked as the Jinhoo projector adopts IR remote control.
- Check whether the battery of the remote is depleted. If yes, replace them with a new pair of batteries.
- Points the remote control to the IR receiver directly.
- Keep close to the Jinhoo projector to ensure the signal is valid.
- Clean the IR receiver on the Jinhoo projector and IR transmitter on the remote with a soft cloth.
- If all solutions don’t work, try to replace a new remote for the Jinhoo projector.
