What is Maximum ECO Sensor Detection Range of BenQ Projector?

If the screen is shut off by the ECO sensor, the power button flashes in green. If the ECO sensing unit detect no presence for over 2 hrs, the display will be powered off. Press the power button to turn on the monitor. To check if your model has ECO sensor, please refer to the User Handbook of your screen.

The optimum ECO sensor discovery range is 120cm. The ECO sensor uses infrared closeness discovery to determine range based upon reflection. Since infrared rays go through disturbance due to the visibility or lack of representation, if shown energy is weak it may not register with the ECO sensor. We recommend putting on light tinted clothes as much as feasible for much better discovery.
