XGIMI has launched its latest smart projector, the Horizon Max, at CES 2024. This model follows the success of the previous Horizon Ultra, boasting impressive features such as 3100 lumens of brightness, and a 2000:1 contrast ratio, and is expected to hit the market by the end of this year.

According to the official announcement, the Horizon Max is equipped with ISA 5.0 screen architecture technology, claiming to recognize different scenarios intelligently. It offers fully automated keystone correction, allowing users to seamlessly switch between watching movies on one wall and playing games on another.

This projector is promoted as having a 4K resolution, utilizing the “Dual Light 2.0” technology. This innovative approach combines laser and LED light sources to enhance brightness, color gamut, and color accuracy to a certain extent.

XGIMI states that the Horizon Max boasts a brightness of 3100 lumens and a contrast ratio of 2000:1, making it the brightest projector the company has produced to date. The brightness is 35% higher than its predecessor, the overseas flagship product, Horizon Ultra.

As for pricing, the official cost of the Horizon Max is yet to be disclosed. For reference, the previous generation product, Horizon Ultra, was priced at $1699.
