BIGASUO Projector No Sound Troubleshooting

If your BIGASUO projector has no sound, you can check the following solutions for troubleshooting.

1. Check whether the BIGASUO projector is mute. Adjust the volume with a remote and try again.

2. When you connect the projector to an external device, check whether the input source is well connected and choose the correct input source on the projector.

3. When you play videos on Netflix but have no sound, try to disable the Dolby sound because the projector doesn’t support Dolby sound (Settings> Display and Sound> Audio> Dolby Digital Out>, and then turn off Dolby Digital Plus).

4. Check the audio cable and reconnect the audio cable when you connect an external audio device.

5. Try to restart the BIGASUO projector or reset the projector to the factory default setting.
