Using the Menu button on the projector, confirm that the Control ID setting is set to “Off.” The Control ID setting can be found in the projector’s OSM.
- Enter Home menu and then find the Setup interface.
- Select and enter Installation(2).
- Navigate to the option of Control ID. See figures below.
