Xiaomi Redmi brand has recently launched the Redmi Projector Lite, featuring innovative technology such as ToF (Time of Flight) automatic adjustment and a brightness rating of 150 CVIA lumens.
The Redmi Projector Lite is equipped with a customized sealed optical engine and an advanced “super lens,” which together enhance picture clarity and color reproduction. Xiaomi claims that the projector has a lifespan of up to 10 years, ensuring long-term durability for users.
In terms of brightness, the Redmi Projector Lite meets the unified brightness standards set by the China Electronic Imaging Industry Association and is certified by SGS, boasting 150 CVIA lumens. Additionally, it offers a physical resolution of 1080P and a projection ratio of 1.2:1, supporting screen sizes of up to 100 inches.
One of the standout features of the projector is its ToF laser sensing module, enabling automatic picture correction, body displacement adjustment for picture alignment, and hassle-free autofocus upon startup. Xiaomi emphasizes that with the help of AI algorithms, users can enjoy a seamless viewing experience without manual adjustments. Moreover, the projector supports various projection methods, including side, tilt, and upward projection. However, it’s worth noting that automatic picture correction requires the projector to be positioned at a side or upward angle of 15 degrees or less.
In terms of connectivity, the Redmi Projector Lite comes with a range of interfaces, including a 3.5mm headphone jack, HDMI (ARC) port, USB 2.0 port, and DC IN power port, providing versatile connectivity options for different devices.
Furthermore, the Redmi Projector Lite is compatible with the Mi Home app, offering convenient control and management. It also features dual-band Wi-Fi support for wireless screen mirroring from computers and smartphones, as well as Bluetooth connectivity for remote control and audio playback from external devices. Additionally, the projector has received SGS low blue light certification, effectively filtering blue light in the 415nm-455nm range for reduced eye strain during prolonged use.
