KEEPWISE projector adopts IR-based remote control. You can try the following solutions if the remote doesn’t work.
- Check whether the battery is depleted. Try to replace a new pair of batteries.
- Points the remote control to the IR receiver of the KEEPWISE projector.
- Walk close to the KEEPWISE projector when you use the remote control.
- Don’t cover or block the IR receiver.
- Clean the IR receiver on the projector and the IR transmitter on the remote with a soft cloth.
- You can use the shortcut buttons on the top of the projector temporarily.
If all the solutions above don’t work, try to replace a new remote control.
