How to fix XGIMI Projector remote control not working

XGIMI projector remote control doesn’t work, what should I do? There are 2 troubleshooting methods as follows.

If your XGIMI remote control has a metal case, you can try the following tips.

Check what indicator light appears when you press any key on the remote. (Red means disconnection or lack of power: it needs to be reset or charged; green means unpaired; blue means successful pairing)
If there is no indicator light, please reset your remote control using a needle to press the reset button at the bottom of the remote. You will see the red indicator light blink. After that, press the home and return keys at the same time for 3 seconds to re-pair the remote control with your XGIMI projector. When you pair the remote control and the XGIMI projector, you should keep close to the projector and the distance should be within 10 cm.

Fully charge your remote control for at least 3 hours.
Please remove all the connected Bluetooth devices, try to reconnect, and pair again. “System Setup” – “Connection/Network Setup” – “Bluetooth”.

Check whether the orange light is on when you press any key on the remote control. If there is no light, you can try to change the batteries.
Please remove all the connected Bluetooth devices and reconnect the remote and your XGIMI projector.
Keep proper distance when you use the remote control.
