Many people ask me that what to do if BenQ projector can’t detect 3D signal. There are many causes for the problem. You can check the following setting to debug.
Check the following settings to correct this issue.
1.If your 3D video comes from PC or steaming content, please select the correct 3D format via OSD Display to select 3D, and then enter 3D mode.
2. Check the user manual and operate again according to the guide.
3. Make sure that the resolution of your video supports 3D.
4. Press the DLP Link button on your 3D glasses to resync the projector and 3D glasses.
5. Please try to change HDMI EDID setting to Standard.
