CES 2022: Hisense Releases Two UST Laser 4K Projectors

Hisense is known for its TV products. It also showcases two cutting-edge 4K UST laser projectors, including Hisense PX1-PRO and the Hisense L5G, at CES 2022.

Hisense PX1-PRO

Hisense PX1-PRO is rated at 2,200 ANSI lumens, bringing bright images in the daytime. With a throw ratio of 0.25:1, it can project a screen size range of 90-130 inches. It adopts a 0.47-inch DLP chip and uses TriChroma (RGB) laser as the light source with a 25,000-hour life.

The new projector has a resolution of 4K (3840×2160) with a dynamic contrast of 1,000,000:1. HDR 10 and HLG enhance its image quality.

Hisense PX1-PRO is powered by Android TV OS, enabling users to download common streaming Apps from the Google Play store. It has a built-in 30W speaker, compatible with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital signals.

The new projector is equipped with versatile ports, including two HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB ports, and audio inputs and outputs.

The projector is priced at $3,999 and is available on some mainstream e-commerce platforms.

Hisense L5G

The Hisense L5G adopts a Blue Laser/Phosphor light source with a 25,000-hour life span, which is rated at 2,700 ANSI lumens. With a 0.47-inch DLP chip, it has a short throw of 0.25:1. It has a resolution of 4K (3840×2160), covering 83% of the DCI-P3 color space.

The new projector also operates on Android TV OS, supporting access to download various apps in the Google Play store. Just like  Hisense PX1-PRO, it also has a built-in 30W speaker to decode Dolby Atmos sound.

The Hisense L5G includes optional 100-inch and 120-inch ALR screens in its package. The L5G is powerful in terms of connectivity, equipped with 3 HDMI interfaces and two USB ports.

The L5G is available at a price of $4,999 (120-inch screen included) on some e-commerce platforms.

Compared with Hisense PX1-PRO, the Hisense L5G has an ALR screen in the package and has more interfaces.
